The invention relates to a door guardrail unlocking control system and an intelligent door guardrail. In the door guardrail unlocking control system, a passive pyroelectric infrared detector is mounted at a preset height position, and the passive pyroelectric infrared detector is used for outputting a first sensing signal when a human body moves within a first preset range around a door guardrail; the active detection sensor is installed at a preset height position and used for outputting a second sensing signal when an object or a human body with the height larger than or equal to the preset height position exists in a second preset range around the door guardrail, and the control circuit is connected with the active detection sensor and the passive pyroelectric infrared detector. The control circuit is used for controlling a locking device of the door guardrail to be unlocked under the condition that the first sensing signal and the second sensing signal are received. By means of the method, mistaken unlocking caused by the fact that a child lifts an object nearby the door guardrail can be eliminated, the accuracy and reliability of intelligent unlocking control over the door guardrail are improved, and the protection effect of the door guardrail product on children and pets is improved.
