The invention relates to the technical field of traffic, in particular to an intelligent municipal road traffic indicating device which comprises a signal lamp, a movable cover, a shifting assembly, a supporting assembly, a top cover, a limiting plate, a cutter and the like. The signal lamp is rotationally connected with a movable cover; the signal lamp is provided with a poking assembly used for poking branches aside. A supporting assembly used for supporting a tree trunk to be cut is connected to the stirring assembly. A top cover used for increasing the supporting area is connected to the supporting assembly. The top cover consists of a plurality of movable plates; an elastic film for blocking impurities is arranged on the top cover; the signal lamp is rotationally connected with a plurality of limiting plates for clamping branches; each limiting plate is provided with a cutter used for cutting off branches.
