HfC ceramic oxygen-free precursor as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses an HfC ceramic precursor and a preparation method and application thereof. The chemical formula of the precursor is Hf (NR2) n (NX2) 4-n, the precursor does not contain oxygen element, and the precursor is pyrolyzed and converted into HfC ceramic at the temperature of 1300-2000 DEG C in an argon atmosphere. The preparation method of the precursor comprises the following steps: carrying out amine exchange reaction on tetra-dimethylamino hafnium or tetra-diethylamino hafnium and an amine compound, and synthesizing under a mild condition to obtain the HfC ceramic precursor. The HfC ceramic precursor prepared by the method is suitable for being used as a matrix raw material of an ultrahigh-temperature ceramic matrix composite material.
本发明公开一种HfC陶瓷前驱体及其制备方法和应用。所述前驱体的化学式为Hf(NR2)n(NX2)4‑n,不含有氧元素,在氩气气氛下经温度1300~2000℃热解转化为HfC陶瓷。所述前驱体的制备方法是将四二甲氨基铪或四二乙氨基铪与胺类化合物进行胺交换反应,在温和条件下合成得到HfC陶瓷前驱体。本发明制备的HfC陶瓷前驱体适合用作超高温陶瓷基复合材料的基体原材料。
