The invention discloses a height-adjustable emergency bridge pier and an emergency bridge, the height-adjustable emergency bridge pier comprises a multi-stage telescopic bridge pier, a bottom plate and a top plate, the multi-stage telescopic bridge pier is arranged between the bottom plate and the top plate which are parallel to each other, and a plurality of limiting force transmission screws are distributed between the bottom plate and the top plate; the multi-stage telescopic pier comprises a plurality of pier cylinder columns which are sequentially nested, the upper end and the lower end of the pier cylinder column on the outermost layer are connected with a bottom plate and a top plate respectively, a piston rod is sleeved with the pier cylinder column on the innermost layer, the outer end of the piston rod is arranged downwards, a first through hole is formed in the bottom plate, and the first through hole is formed under the multi-stage telescopic pier. The movable end of the multi-stage telescopic pier can penetrate through the first through hole of the bottom plate to stretch out of the lower portion of the bottom plate, and the multi-stage telescopic pier is communicated with a hydraulic system. The storage space can be saved, and transportation is convenient; installation is more convenient and rapid, the construction period of rush-repair bridges is shortened, the engineering construction cost is reduced, repeated use is achieved, and parts are convenient to replace.
