The invention relates to the technical field of highway bridge anti-collision, and discloses a highway bridge anti-collision device which comprises a mounting plate, the mounting plate is connected with a supporting plate through a sliding seat, and the sliding seat is used for bearing the acting force of the supporting plate to generate a movement track to drive the supporting plate to move after the device is collided; and the protection plate is installed on one side of the supporting plate through a movable connecting part, a plurality of rotatable rotating blocks are installed in the protection plate and used for deviating the direction of the acting force when the device is impacted, and after the device is impacted, the protection plate is close to the supporting plate and transmits the force to the supporting plate and the sliding base. The direction of the acting force is deviated through the rotating block, the situation that a vehicle directly collides with the bridge to cause damage to the bridge or the vehicle rushes out of the bridge floor can be avoided, the sliding base can drive the protection plate and the support to move after being stressed, and therefore the stress of the sliding base is reduced, structural integrity can be kept after collision, and the protection effect can still be achieved after collision.
