A filter cylinder is placed in the collecting cylinder; and the cutting-off assembly comprises a servo air cylinder, the servo air cylinder is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the top frame, and the jacking end of the servo air cylinder is connected with an adjusting plate. Through the arrangement of the special shape of the cutter, the cutting angle of the cutter is more comprehensive, then long impurities on the edge of the top of the collecting barrel can be cut off, no dead angle exists, the cutting effect of the cutter is improved, meanwhile, up-down cutting is achieved, certain bearing force is achieved, extrusion cutting of the impurities is guaranteed, and the cutting effect is higher.
