The invention relates to a supporting latticed column in a deep foundation pit and a construction method. The invention has the following beneficial effects: the finalized latticed column bracket accurate positioning and adjusting technology is adopted, the bracket is detachable, simple and easy to straighten, the bracket straightening frame platform is fixed with the ground in a manner of planting expansion bolts after punching, and the latticed column is hung and placed through the limiting groove formed in the center of the straightening frame platform; the symmetrical adjustable screw rods mounted on the straightening frame platform are used for equidistant measurement for preliminary positioning, and finally the threaded rod is used for fine adjustment and fixation, so that the straightening precision is improved, and the perpendicularity and positioning are ensured to meet the design requirements.
