Prefabricated assembly construction method for shallow-buried tunnel in sea and lake reclamation area
The invention relates to a prefabrication and assembly construction method for shallow tunnels in a sea and lake reclamation area, which comprises the following steps of: excavating a foundation trench without draining water, and arranging concentrated foundations in a site corresponding to joints of tunnel sections one by one; the first prefabricated tunnel section is hoisted and placed on the corresponding centralized foundations at the two ends through erecting equipment; a transport vehicle is arranged above the top faces of the installed prefabricated tunnel sections, the next prefabricated tunnel sections to be installed are conveyed to a feeding point of the erecting equipment one by one through the transport vehicle, and the prefabricated tunnel sections to be installed are placed on the corresponding concentrated foundations one by one through the erecting equipment; and the prefabricated tunnel sections to be installed are pulled to the installed prefabricated tunnel sections, and joints between the prefabricated tunnel sections to be installed and the installed prefabricated tunnel sections are locked. The method has the advantages that underground water is not isolated (pumped and drained), the excavation gradient of the groove is increased under the condition with water, and the excavation volume of earth and stone is reduced; water pressure can be utilized during pulling; all tunnel sections are prefabricated and assembled, and low-carbon and environment-friendly effects are achieved.
本发明涉及一种填海填湖区浅埋隧道的预制装配建造方法,不排水开挖基槽,在场地内对应于各隧道节段接缝处逐一设置集中基础;将首节预制隧道节段通过架设设备吊装搁置在两端对应的所述集中基础上;在已安装完成的预制隧道节段的顶面上方配置运输车,通过所述运输车将下一节待安装的预制隧道节段逐一输送至所述架设设备的喂送点,通过所述架设设备将待安装的预制隧道节段逐一搁置在相对应的所述集中基础上;将待安装的预制隧道节段拉合至已安装完成的预制隧道节段,锁定两者之间的接缝。本发明的优点是:不隔离(抽排)地下水,利用有水的条件加大沟槽开挖坡度,减小土石方的开挖量;拉合时可利用水压力;隧道节段全部预制拼装,低碳环保。
