The invention provides a construction method of an underground engineering bottom plate, which meets General Standard for Waterproof of Building and Municipal Engineering, and solves the problems that in the existing scheme, different types of materials are incompatible, hidden danger of water channeling exists in empty laying of a channel I and a channel II, the channel I is bonded with a cushion layer, and the waterproof effect is reduced and even water leaks due to the fact that the cushion layer is prone to cracking, hollowing, falling and the like.
