The invention relates to the technical field of buildings, and discloses an energy-saving high-rise building assembly type prefabricated part which comprises two groove-shaped plates with openings opposite to each other, and the groove-shaped plates are used for being connected with a prefabricated wall body; the web plates and the flange plates are sequentially and fixedly connected to the adjacent sides of the two groove-shaped plates, the groove-shaped plates, the web plates and the flange plates jointly form a goblet-shaped structure, the two flange plates are oppositely arranged, and lock holes which are oppositely arranged are uniformly distributed in the two flange plates; one end of the sliding rod is connected with a spring bolt in a sliding mode, a limiting block is arranged in the middle of the sliding rod, and the spring bolt and the limiting block are selectively located on the same side of one flange plate or clamped to the two sides of the two flange plates respectively. In addition, the invention further discloses an energy-saving high-rise building fabricated prefabricated part and a construction method thereof. The connecting speed between the prefabricated parts can be increased, meanwhile, loosening in the later period is avoided, and the connecting stability of the fabricated prefabricated parts is improved.
