The invention relates to the technical field of residence exhaust passage systems, in particular to a residence exhaust passage system mounting method which comprises the following steps: S1, mounting an exhaust passage without an air inlet on the outer side of a partition wall reserved with a circular mounting hole; s2, a water drilling machine is used for drilling the exhaust passage; during drilling, a water drill bit of a water drilling machine is sleeved with a sleeve, and the inner wall of the sleeve is attached to the outer wall of the water drill bit; a water drill bit and a sleeve arranged on the water drill bit in a sleeving mode are inserted into the mounting hole together; fixing the sleeve on the partition wall, and enabling the sleeve to be coaxial with the mounting hole; the water drilling machine head is started to drill holes in the exhaust passage, and the drilled holes are air inlet holes of the exhaust passage; and S3, a flow guiding and equalizing device communicating with the exhaust passage is mounted in the mounting hole. The air inlet hole of the exhaust passage and the mounting hole reserved in the partition wall can be ensured to be coaxially centered, the air inlet circulation sectional area of the exhaust passage is effectively prevented from being reduced, meanwhile, the defect that a through-wall flow guiding and equalizing device is difficult to mount is overcome, and the exhaust effect of flue gas is improved.
本发明涉及住宅排气道系统技术领域,特别涉及一种住宅排气道系统安装方法,包括如下步骤:S1、在预留有圆形安装孔的隔墙的外侧安装未开设进气孔的排气道;S2、利用水钻机对排气道钻孔;钻孔时,在水钻机的水钻头上套设套筒,套筒的内壁与水钻头的外壁贴合;将水钻头及套设在水钻头上的套筒一同插入安装孔内;将套筒固定在隔墙上,并使套筒与安装孔同轴;启动水钻机头对排气道进行钻孔,钻出的孔即为排气道的进气孔;S3、在安装孔内安装与排气道连通的导流均流装置。本发明可确保排气道的进气孔与隔墙上预留的安装孔同轴对中,有效避免排气道的进气流通截面积缩小,同时克服了穿墙的导流均流装置安装困难的缺陷,提升烟气的排放效果。
