The invention discloses a construction method for a detachable back-jacking support in a narrow and limited space. Comprising the following steps: S1, drawing a three-dimensional model of a back-to-top support by BIM software according to the form of a structure; s2, converting the model of the back-to-top support into a CAD (Computer Aided Design) detailed drawing through Tekla software; s3, determining a back-to-top supporting position, mounting the base at a corresponding position, and lofting and positioning the back-to-top supporting position on the base; s4, manufacturing a lower-section support frame of the back-jacking support; s5, the lower-section supporting frame is installed on the base; s6, manufacturing an upper-section support frame of the back-to-top support; s7, a jack is installed on the upper-section supporting frame, a jacking rod of the jack is provided with a back-jacking jacking plate, the jack is adjusted, and the back-jacking jacking plate tightly jacks the upper floor slab; and S8, after use is finished, the jack is unloaded, and dismantling is conducted. Installation and construction in a narrow space are facilitated, the mechanical cost is saved, installation is fast, the installation time is saved, and therefore the working efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种在狭窄有限空间可拆卸回顶支撑的施工方法。包括如下步骤:S1、根据结构的形式,由BIM软件绘制出回顶支撑的立体模型;S2、通过Tekla软件将回顶支撑的模型转换成CAD详图;S3、确定回顶支撑位置,将基座安装到相应位置,在基座上放样定位回顶支撑位置;S4、制作回顶支撑的下段支撑架;S5、下段支撑架安装在基座上;S6、制作回顶支撑的上段支撑架;S7、将千斤顶安装到上段支撑架上,千斤顶的顶杆安装回顶顶板,调节千斤顶,回顶顶板顶紧上方楼板;S8、使用完毕后,卸载千斤顶,进行拆除。本发明便于在狭小空间安装施工,节省了机械费用,安装快捷,节省了安装时间,从而提高工作效率。
