The invention discloses a heat pump intelligent curing system for mass concrete in northern cold regions, which comprises a heat pump assembly and a plurality of radiating pipes, the curing system is used for being matched with a steel reinforcement framework of the concrete for use, the radiating pipes are fixedly arranged on the steel reinforcement framework and embedded in the concrete, and the end parts of the radiating pipes penetrate out of the concrete; the heat pump assembly comprises a heat absorption water tank, a lifting pump and a conveying pipeline, the heat absorption water tank is embedded in a geothermal source, one end of the lifting pump communicates with the heat absorption water tank, the other end of the lifting pump is connected to the conveying pipeline, and the end, away from the lifting pump, of the conveying pipeline is connected with a heat pipe which is installed in concrete through a heat dissipation pipe. And a first water inlet pipe is arranged on the heat absorption water tank, and the circulating pipeline communicates with the heat absorption water tank through the first water inlet pipe. The concrete curing device has the effects of reducing the concrete curing cost and improving the curing efficiency.
