The invention relates to green high-durability marine concrete and a preparation method thereof, and the concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 310 to 330 parts of cement, 110 to 130 parts of slag powder, 183 to 187 parts of mixing water, 1050 to 1080 parts of coarse aggregate, 810 to 830 parts of fine aggregate, 14.3 to 14.4 parts of modified fiber, 10 to 12 parts of green corrosion inhibitor, 4 to 6 parts of water reducing agent, 0.16 to 0.24 part of defoaming agent and 34 to 36 parts of hydrophobic composite material. The anti-cracking performance, the mechanical performance and the durability of the concrete are effectively improved, and the service life of a maritime work concrete structure can be remarkably prolonged.
本发明是一种绿色高耐久海工混凝土及其制备方法,混凝土按质量分数配比,由以下组分组成:水泥310‑330份、矿渣粉110‑130份、拌合水183‑187份、粗骨料1050‑1080份、细骨料810‑830份、改性纤维14.3‑14.4份、绿色缓蚀剂10‑12份、减水剂4‑6份、消泡剂0.16‑0.24份、疏水复合材料34‑36份。本发明有效提高了混凝土的抗裂性能、力学性能以及耐久性能,可显著提升海工混凝土结构的服役寿命。
