The invention relates to a cement paste additive and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of oil and gas well cementation. The prepared cement paste additive is a quaternary cross-linked copolymer, due to a macromolecular chain structure, the quaternary cross-linked copolymer can form a network structure in a cement paste system, hydrophilic groups and adsorption groups on a molecular chain can synergistically generate a bridging effect with solid-phase particles, and then movement of a lightening material in cement paste is controlled; therefore, the purpose of maintaining the stability of the cement paste is achieved, free water in a cement paste system can be reduced, and the purpose of reducing water loss is achieved. The cement paste additive prepared by the invention contains a rigid annular structure which can enhance the rigidity of a polymer molecular chain and increase the steric hindrance of the polymer molecular chain, so that the curl of the polymer molecular chain and the variation of a functional group can be avoided, and polymer molecules can still be stably adsorbed on the surfaces of solid-phase particles under a high-temperature condition; the glue protection capability is enhanced, and the temperature resistance and the salt resistance are improved.
本发明涉及一种水泥浆添加剂及其制备方法和应用,属于油气井固井技术领域。本发明制备的水泥浆添加剂是一种四元交联共聚物,由于具有大分子链结构,其可在水泥浆体系中形成网络状结构,分子链上的亲水基团和吸附基团可协同与固相颗粒发生桥联作用,进而控制水泥浆中减轻材料的移动,从而达到维持水泥浆稳定性的目的,并可降低水泥浆体系中的自由水,达到降失水的目的。本发明制备的水泥浆添加剂中含有刚性环状结构,该结构可增强聚合物分子链的刚性,增大聚合物分子链的空间位阻,进而可避免聚合物分子链蜷曲,避免功能性基团变异,使聚合物分子在高温条件下依然可稳定地吸附在固相颗粒表面,增强其护胶能力,提高其抗温、抗盐性能。
