The invention belongs to the technical field of expressway engineering design, and discloses an expressway service area and interchange integrated system which comprises a toll station, two service area fields, an up lane and a down lane which are arranged on an expressway main line and used for bidirectional driving, two collecting and distributing lanes, service area field access lanes and an interchange ramp. The toll station is arranged on one side of the expressway main line, is communicated with the expressway main line through the interchange ramp and is used for enabling local vehicles to get on and off the expressway main line; the two collecting and distributing lanes are respectively arranged on the up-going lane and the down-going lane and are positioned on two sides of the main line of the expressway; the two service areas are arranged on the two opposite sides of the expressway main line respectively and communicate with the two collecting and distributing lanes through the service area access lanes. The combined construction of the service area and the interchange can be realized in a limited fixed space, the occupied area is small, the land is regular, and part of project investment can be saved.
