The invention relates to the technical field of frozen soil engineering, in particular to a widely-distributed air-frozen soil block macadam roadbed and a refrigeration method, the widely-distributed air-frozen soil block macadam roadbed comprises an air-cooled regulation and control unit, an air power unit, a refrigeration unit, a temperature sensing unit and a control unit; the air cooling regulation and control unit comprises a block rubble layer, a partition plate, an air exhaust channel and air circulation channels, the block rubble layer is provided with a plurality of air circulation channels which are arranged in parallel at intervals and extend to the outer side of the partition plate, and the side wall of one end, located on the inner side of the block rubble layer, of each air circulation channel is provided with a plurality of air holes which are through inside and outside; by judging the internal temperature and the external environment temperature of the air-cooling regulation and control unit, an external circulation refrigeration mode and an internal circulation refrigeration mode complement each other, convection cooling in the air-cooling regulation and control unit is forced, and the air-cooling regulation and control unit effectively works all the year round; the purposes of efficient cooling and long-term stability of the frozen soil roadbed are achieved.
