The method comprises the following steps: determining a simulated deflection value according to parameters of a deflection basin to be simulated, and obtaining an LDV speed theoretical value according to the parameters of the deflection basin to be simulated, a difference value between an LDV measuring point position and an installation angle and a driving speed of a laser high-speed deflectometer; determining a target rotating speed of the rotating part according to the relational expression and the LDV speed theoretical value; driving the rotating part to rotate according to the target rotating speed of the rotating part so as to simulate the simulated deflection value; receiving a measured deflection value measured by the laser high-speed deflectometer during rotation of the rotating part; and calibrating the laser high-speed deflectometer according to the measured deflection value and the simulated deflection value. The scheme has the advantages that the operation is simplified, the efficiency is improved, the dynamic balance stability is improved, the assembly mode is innovated, the sensitivity of state requirements is reduced, high-precision control and stability are realized, and the noise pollution of the system is reduced.
