The invention discloses a hole plug type spillway tunnel which comprises an inlet control section, an upper flat section, a vertical shaft section and a lower flat section which are sequentially arranged in the direction from upstream to downstream, an outlet pressing slope is arranged at an outlet of the lower flat section, hole plugs are arranged in the vertical shaft section and the lower flat section, a gate is arranged in front of the inlet control section, and the gate is arranged in front of the vertical shaft section. The gate comprises a bulkhead gate and a service gate which are sequentially arranged in the direction from upstream to downstream. An outlet gate is arranged at an outlet of the lower flat section, and the tail end of the lower flat section comprises an out-of-tunnel energy dissipation facility used for being connected with the outlet gate. According to the invention, all air in the flow channel can be discharged, and the phenomenon of gas explosion in the initial operation stage is avoided; the outlet gate can ensure that water flow in the tunnel is in a pressure flow state, is more suitable for the situation that the downstream water level is low, is convenient to operate and dispatch, and effectively reduces the risk when the tunnel plug flood discharge tunnel is opened for flood discharge.
本发明公开了一种洞塞式泄洪洞,包括沿上游至下游方向依次设置的进口控制段、上平段、竖井段和下平段,所述下平段的出口设置有出口压坡,所述竖井段和下平段内均设置有洞塞,所述进口控制段的前方设置有闸门,所述闸门包括沿上游至下游方向依次设置的检修闸门及工作闸门;所述下平段的出口处设置有出口闸门,所述下平段的尾端包括用于与所述出口闸门连接的洞外消能设施。本发明有助于将流道内的空气全部排出,避免运行初期发生气爆现象;出口闸门可以保证洞内水流处于有压流态,更适用于下游水位较低的情形,便于运行调度,有效降低了洞塞泄洪洞开闸泄洪时面临的风险。
