The dredged soil blow-filling treatment method comprises the following steps: taking an open mold bag with an open top and a plurality of drainage ribs arranged inside, floating a floating body provided with a mold bag clamping device and a blow-filling device to the water surface, clamping the edge of the open top of the mold bag by using the mold bag clamping device, and carrying out blow-filling treatment on the dredged soil by using the blow-filling device; the mold bag is suspended in water, the top opening of the mold bag is kept in an open state, and a hydraulic reclamation spray pipe of the hydraulic reclamation device extends into the mold bag from the top opening of the mold bag; force is applied to stretch the bottom of the mold bag downwards to make contact with the water bottom; enabling the dredged soil transport ship to be close to the floating body so as to fill dredged soil into the mold bag, discharging water carried by the dredged soil along the drainage ribs, intercepting dredged soil particles in the bag body, and sealing the bag body after the bag body is filled with the dredged soil particles, so as to obtain a filling body. According to the dredged soil hydraulic reclamation treatment method, recycling of nearby pollution-free spoil of the dredged soil and dredged soil resources is achieved, and the dredged soil treatment cost is remarkably reduced.
