The invention discloses a method for improving uniformity of biomineralization reinforced sandy soil, which comprises the following steps: (1) taking waste coffee grounds, drying, grinding and sieving for later use; (2) preparing a urease-containing solution for later use; (3) preparing a reaction solution for later use; and (4) adding the ground coffee grounds in the step (1) into to-be-treated sandy soil, and then adding the urease-containing solution obtained in the step (2) and the reaction liquid obtained in the step (3). According to the method, the sandy soil is solidified through the biomineralization technology and the coffee grounds, the solidified sandy soil is good in uniformity, technical operation is easy and convenient, and practical engineering application is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种改善生物矿化加固砂土均匀性的方法，包括如下步骤：(1)取废弃咖啡渣，烘干、研磨、过筛后，备用；(2)制备含脲酶的溶液，备用；(3)制备反应液，备用；(4)先将步骤(1)中研磨后的咖啡渣加入到待处理砂土中，随后再加入步骤(2)所得含脲酶的溶液和步骤(3)所得反应液。本发明采用生物矿化技术和咖啡渣对砂土进行固化，固化后砂土均匀性好，且技术操作简便，有利于实际工程应用。
