The invention discloses an assembling trolley top plate assembling device which comprises a bottom plate component, side wall components installed on the two sides of the bottom plate component and a top plate component arranged at the upper ends of the side wall components and further comprises an assembling table assembly which comprises a jacking assembly arranged on the lower portion of the top plate component and used for clamping the top plate component and conducting lifting adjustment. The assembling table assembly is arranged at the lower part of the jacking assembly and is used for continuously bearing the top plate component and horizontally adjusting the top plate component; the feeding unit is arranged at the upper end of the bottom plate component and used for driving the assembling table assembly to conduct position switching. A push rod drives a guide block to move along a guide plate, the guide block drives a clamping plate to move through a second air cylinder, the clamping plate drives a top plate component to move horizontally, so that a bottom connecting hole of the top plate component corresponds to a top connecting hole of a side wall component, and at the moment, a worker connects the top plate component with the side wall component through a bolt; therefore, the effect that the left and right top plates are accurately aligned to the top connecting holes of the side wall components is achieved.
