The invention relates to a pull-out hose guide device for guiding a pull-out hose, in particular a bathroom pull-out hose, of a shaped hose having a variable shaped hose length. The pull-out hose guide device comprises: a stationary device part; a guide roller assembly which is guided at the stationary device part in a translational movement manner along the length direction of the formed hose and has a guide which is guided at the stationary device part in a translational movement manner and a guide roller which can be inserted into a bending deflection region of the formed hose; and a reset device coupled to the guide roller assembly, the reset device comprising a spring pull-back unit. According to the invention, the reset device comprises a pull-back element which is wound onto the spring pull-back unit in a deployable and wrap-around manner with a variable part of its length. In this case, the spring pull-back unit is coupled in translation with the guide roller assembly, and the pull-back element is fastened to the stationary device part by means of a fastening section.
