The inspection well structure comprises a well body mechanism and a grouting assembly, and after a well base assembly, a cylinder assembly and a sealing assembly are sequentially connected, slurry is injected into the area between the well base assembly and an underground foundation pit and between the cylinder assembly and the underground foundation pit through the grouting assembly, so that the well base assembly and the cylinder assembly are fixedly connected into the underground foundation pit; and slurry is fed into the filler area, so that the well seat assembly and the cylinder assembly are fixedly connected, and the integrity of the assembled well body is improved. Therefore, the well body mechanism is pre-spliced in the underground foundation pit through the multi-section type structure, and the interior and exterior of the well body mechanism are fixed and sealed through the first filling opening and the surrounding type grouting assembly, so that construction of the inspection well structure is completed, and the construction procedures of installing a pouring mold, binding reinforcing steel bars, demolding and the like in the underground foundation pit can be omitted; therefore, operation steps are simplified, and construction efficiency is improved.
