The method comprises the following steps: placing a first module; a second module is placed, and a second stirrup is placed; a lap joint rib is pre-buried between the first module and the second module; a third module is placed, and a second stirrup is placed; a lap joint rib is pre-buried between the second module and the third module; splicing an upper layer module; and the second vertical stress ribs are connected. Therefore, the module of the system adopts the structural form of the first wall shell and the first beam shell, so that the first wall shell and the first beam shell participate in stress, the occupied space of the second shear wall and the beam is reduced, and the usable area of a building is increased. By means of the method, application of the concrete module system in engineering is achieved.
