The invention discloses a cast-in-place concrete outer wall corner water stop device which is arranged on a steel cage before a wall body is poured. Comprising a water stop steel plate formed by integrally bending a steel plate, a water swelling rubber strip arranged on the watertight face of the water stop steel plate, an L-shaped reinforcing bar used for limiting the position of the water swelling rubber strip, a connecting rib welded to the L-shaped reinforcing bar and bound with a steel cage, and a positioning assembly used for achieving stable connection between the water stop steel plate and the steel cage.
