The invention discloses a cast-in-place concrete outer wall corner water stop device which is arranged on a steel cage before a wall body is poured. Comprising a water stop steel plate formed by integrally bending a steel plate, a water swelling rubber strip arranged on the watertight face of the water stop steel plate, an L-shaped reinforcing bar used for limiting the position of the water swelling rubber strip, a connecting rib welded to the L-shaped reinforcing bar and bound with a steel cage, and a positioning assembly used for achieving stable connection between the water stop steel plate and the steel cage. According to the cast-in-place concrete outer wall corner water stop device and the mounting method, the water stop steel plate is arranged at the corner of the wall body, the water stop steel plate is prefabricated, the whole water stop steel plate is bent, no welding seam exists at the corner, the water stop effect is effectively guaranteed, meanwhile, the water swelling rubber strip is additionally arranged for double water stop insurance, the reliability is higher, and the service life of the water stop steel plate is prolonged.
