UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) integrated insulation board
The UHPC integrated insulation board comprises a first mounting frame and a second mounting frame, main bodies of the first mounting frame and the second mounting frame are made of UHPC materials, the interiors of the first mounting frame and the second mounting frame are both connected with insulation materials, and the interiors of the first mounting frame and the second mounting frame are both connected with rotating rods; one end of the rotating rod penetrates through the front surfaces of the first mounting frame and the second mounting frame; and the outer side of the rotating rod is sleeved with a driving gear, and the right side of the interior of the first mounting frame is connected with a driven gear. According to the UHPC integrated insulation board, the butt joint blocks are clamped into the butt joint grooves to complete primary assembly, meanwhile, the stability of insulation board assembly can be improved through rotation of the movable plates, the sealing performance of insulation board assembly can be improved through expansion of the sealing air bags, rainwater is prevented from entering a room, and the waterproofness is improved; and the thermal insulation material can be conveniently detached and replaced, and the applicability is improved.
本发明公开了一种UHPC一体化保温板,包括第一安装框和第二安装框,第一安装框和第二安装框的主体采用UHPC材料,第一安装框和第二安装框的内部均连接有保温材料,且第一安装框和第二安装框的内部均连接有转动杆,并且转动杆的一端贯穿第一安装框和第二安装框的正面;还包括:所述转动杆的外侧套设安装有主动齿轮,所述第一安装框内部的右侧均连接有从动齿轮。该UHPC一体化保温板,通过对接块卡入对接槽内,完成初步组装,同时利用活动板转动,能够提高保温板组装的稳定性,且通过密封气囊发生膨胀,能够提高保温板组装的密封性,避免雨水进入到室内,提高防水性,并且便于对保温材料拆卸并进行更换,增加适用性。
