According to the method, the sunshade effect can be achieved, the sunshade can be controlled to enter the working condition with the variable thermal parameters when the temperature preset condition is met on the basis of an outdoor meteorological sensing system, the variable thermal parameters of an external envelope structure of a building are achieved, and therefore the cooling and heating load of the building is reduced.
