The invention provides a low-false-alarm low-cost optical fiber fence, and the fence comprises a sensing cross rod which is disposed above the fence, the interior of the sensing cross rod is provided with an accommodation space, and a sensing optical fiber is disposed in the accommodation space in a penetrating manner; the multiple fixing supports are used for connecting the sensing cross rod and the fence, the bottom ends of the fixing supports are fixedly connected with the fence, and the top ends of the fixing supports penetrate through the bottom face of the sensing cross rod and extend towards the interior of the containing space; the plurality of jacking assemblies are used for jacking the sensing optical fibers; and each limiting assembly comprises a limiting ring arranged on the outer side of the fixing support in a sleeving mode, and a first spring is arranged between the limiting ring and the sensing transverse rod and used for enabling the sensing transverse rod to move in the direction away from the fixing support. According to the invention, the sensing cross rod is arranged to protect the sensing optical fiber and prevent the sensing optical fiber from being damaged, and meanwhile, the sensing cross rod is fixedly connected with an existing fence in cooperation with the fixing support, the jacking assembly and the limiting assembly, so that the existing fence does not need to be replaced, and the cost is effectively reduced.
