Forming method of ceramic-based composite material
The present invention provides a method for molding a ceramic-based composite material by impregnating a substrate with molten silicon, the method for molding a ceramic-based composite material comprising the steps of: laminating and curing a prepreg in which reinforcing fibers and the substrate impregnated with the molten silicon are integrated to form a laminated cured body; carbonizing the formed laminated cured body to form an impregnation path in the laminated cured body; and impregnating the laminated cured body in which the impregnation path is formed with the molten silicon, wherein the base resin included in the matrix includes at least a benzoxazine resin.
本发明提供一种陶瓷基复合材料的成型方法,使得含浸熔融硅而成型陶瓷基复合材料,所述陶瓷基复合材料的成型方法执行如下步骤:使增强纤维与含浸所述熔融硅的基体成为一体的预浸料层叠并固化以形成层叠固化体;使所形成的所述层叠固化体碳化以在所述层叠固化体中形成含浸路径;及使形成有所述含浸路径的所述层叠固化体含浸所述熔融硅,所述基体中包含的母材树脂至少包含苯并噁嗪树脂。
