According to the method, the fibers are arranged in order in the conveying process, distribution of aquatic plants in natural fluid is simulated, the utilization rate of the fibers and the ductility of the concrete are improved, the cost of materials and equipment is reduced, and the overall performance and economic benefits of the high-ductility concrete are remarkably improved.
