The invention discloses a mining excavator thrust wheel device with a shaft sleeve abrasion real-time online detection function and a method of the mining excavator thrust wheel device. The thrust wheel device comprises a thrust wheel, a thrust wheel shaft, two shaft sleeves, a sensor assembly and a control device. A shaft hole of the thrust wheel protrudes outwards at the middle position to form an annular thrust wheel detection boss; the sensor assembly is assembled in the supporting wheel shaft and comprises an inductance distance measuring sensor, and a detection head of the inductance distance measuring sensor is right opposite to the annular supporting wheel detection boss. The control device is used for judging whether the abrasion degree of the shaft sleeve is within a preset abrasion range or not and determining whether shutdown maintenance is conducted or not according to the judgment result. Therefore, real-time online detection of the abrasion state of the copper sleeve in the excavator operation process can be achieved, and the problems that in the using process of an existing excavator thrust wheel, the abrasion state of the copper sleeve is not known, unpredictable equipment faults and damage are likely to be caused, the operation efficiency is low, and the maintenance cost is high are solved.
本发明公开了一种具备轴套磨损实时在线检测功能的矿用挖掘机支重轮装置及其方法。支重轮装置包括支重轮、支轮轴、两个轴套、传感器组件以及控制装置。支重轮的轴孔在中部位置处外凸形成环状支重轮检测凸台;传感器组件装配在支轮轴中,且传感器组件包括电感测距传感器,电感测距传感器的检测头与环状支重轮检测凸台正对。控制装置用于判断轴套磨损程度是否在预设的磨损范围内,并根据判断结果确定是否停机检修。由此可见,本发明可实现在挖掘机作业过程中对铜套磨损状态的实时在线检测,解决了现有的挖掘机支重轮在使用过程中铜套磨损状态不可知、容易造成不可预知的设备故障和损伤、作业效率低、维修成本高的问题。
