According to the sliding device for hoisting the floor slab on the large-span truss and the hoisting method provided by the invention, the problem of hoisting the floor slab on the large-span truss is solved by erecting the turnover sliding device for stably bearing the truck crane, and the installation of the steel truss is efficiently completed. The sliding device comprises a sliding steel platform, sliding rails on the two sides of the bottom of the sliding steel platform, a sliding traction steel wire rope, a sliding traction winch and a crane walking channel. The sliding steel platform and the crane walking channel are formed by detachably and fixedly connecting main beams and secondary beams, and steel plates are laid on the upper portions of the sliding steel platform and the crane walking channel to meet crane walking and hoisting requirements. A T-shaped structure is formed between the sliding steel platform and the crane walking channel, and the sliding steel platform and the crane walking channel are detachably and fixedly connected through secondary beams. The sliding rail is fixedly connected with a lower concrete structure through an expansion bolt, and a sliding support is arranged between the sliding rail and the main beam; and the sliding support is detachably and fixedly connected with the main beam.
