The invention discloses a sound absorption screen body capable of generating power and a sound absorption barrier system. The sound absorption screen body comprises a box-shaped shell. A resonant membrane, a plurality of back plate piezoelectric crystals and a plurality of panel piezoelectric crystals are arranged in the shell; the resonant membrane is fixed in the shell, a closed cavity structure is formed between the resonant membrane and the plate structure on the back, and the ratio D/d of the distance D from the resonant membrane to the plate structure on the back to the distance d from the resonant membrane to the plate structure on the face is 0.25-4; all back plate piezoelectric crystals are fixed on a back plate structure; all the panel piezoelectric crystals are fixed on the plate structure of the panel and are staggered with the through holes; a plurality of photovoltaic modules are arranged on the outward surface of the back part; and all the photovoltaic modules are provided with circuit interfaces on the outer wall of the shell. According to the sound absorption barrier system, the multiple sound absorption screen bodies are arranged on the two sides and the upper portion of a road needing noise reduction through the supporting structures. While the noise reduction function of the sound barrier is achieved, sound energy and solar energy are collected and used for power generation and energy storage, and construction of a zero-carbon route is promoted.
