The invention discloses a retaining wall assembly type drain hole inverted filter structure and a construction method thereof.The retaining wall assembly type drain hole inverted filter structure comprises a drain pipe embedded in a retaining wall, the drain pipe is provided with a water inlet end and a drain end, the outer edge of the water inlet end extends to form a locking flange abutting against the upstream face of the retaining wall, and the locking flange is provided with a water outlet; the locking flanges are arranged in a circle in the circumferential direction of the water drain pipe; the sealing filter cloth covers the water inlet end and the locking flange; the inverted filter module is detachably embedded in the water drainage pipe, the inverted filter module comprises a bearing pipe joint, the bearing pipe joint is provided with two opposite closed ends, water passing holes are formed in the closed ends, and the bearing pipe joint is sequentially filled with a pebble filler section, a gravel filler section and a fine sand filler section in the direction from the water inlet end to the water drainage end; the cover plate is detachably mounted at the drainage end, and a water outlet is formed in the cover plate. The problem that an existing retaining wall reverse filtration system is prone to being blocked after being used for a long time, and consequently the water drainage efficiency is affected is solved.
