The supporting and protecting structure for the building foundation comprises a supporting sleeve, a telescopic supporting rod, an adjusting assembly and a cleaning part, the telescopic supporting rod is slidably connected to the inner side of the supporting sleeve in a sleeving mode, a threaded rod is rotationally installed on the supporting sleeve along the axis of the supporting sleeve, and the threaded rod penetrates through the telescopic supporting rod in a threaded mode; the adjusting assembly is installed between the supporting sleeve and the threaded rod, the cleaning part comprises a conical lantern ring and a plurality of annular cutting blades, the conical lantern ring is coaxially connected with the supporting sleeve, the diameters of the annular cutting blades are different, and the annular cutting blades are fixed to the inner wall of the conical lantern ring at equal intervals in the axis direction of the conical lantern ring. In the process of retracting the telescopic supporting rod, thick cement, soil and other impurities attached to the surface of the telescopic supporting rod can be scraped in the scraping mode that the annular cutting blades with the diameters gradually reduced are gradually thinned from outside to inside, and the scraping effect is better.
