The method for carrying out loading treatment on the foundation structure in the hole pile method underground engineering construction comprises the steps that a ballast device comprising a bearing steel frame and a jack is provided, and the bearing steel frame is provided with at least one cross beam which can stretch across a pilot tunnel to be erected and installed; a ballast device is arranged in the pilot tunnel, the two ends of the cross beam are connected to the side wall of the pilot tunnel through force transmission pieces correspondingly, and a jack is placed and supported between the cross beam and the top face of the vertical supporting component; and vertical loading pressure is applied to the vertical supporting component above the vertical supporting component through the jack, the settling volume of the top face of the vertical supporting component is measured, and the maximum value of the loading pressure is 1.0-2.0 times of the designed bearing pressure of the vertical supporting component. According to the method, on the basis of the technological characteristics of hole pile method construction, detection and acceptance inspection of the pile foundation or the foundation pile are integrated in the treatment technology of the construction process, and maximization of efficiency and benefits can be achieved.
