The invention provides a construction method for an inverted arch of an open-cut tunnel. The construction method comprises the steps that S1, rotary excavating pile construction is conducted at corresponding point positions; s2, waterproof treatment is conducted on the pile head of the rotary excavating pile; s3, a concrete cushion layer is poured to the position above the designed pile top elevation of the rotary excavating pile; s4, geotextile is laid on the base face of the concrete cushion layer; s5, after the concrete protection layer is laid, bottom plate reinforcing steel bars are bound; and S6, inverted arch concrete is symmetrically and continuously poured from the center of the inverted arch to the two sides. The tunnel foundation is preliminarily formed through filling and excavating, then the rotary excavating piles are integrally poured through the grooves, grouting reinforcement is carried out, and therefore the strength of the tunnel foundation is guaranteed, waterproof treatment is carried out on pile heads, and the waterproof performance of a tunnel is guaranteed.
