The hydraulic drain valve with the pressure release valve comprises a main body, the main body comprises a full-drainage buoy assembly and a hydraulic main body assembly which are matched with each other, the hydraulic main body assembly extends outwards to be provided with an extension part, the extension part is provided with a pressure release hole, the main body is provided with a buoy type pressure release valve matched with the extension part, and the buoy type pressure release valve is provided with a pressure release plug matched with the pressure release hole; the water inlet level of the float-type pressure release valve is higher than that of the full-drainage float bowl assembly, the float-type pressure release valve slides upwards on the full-drainage float bowl assembly after being subjected to buoyancy during water inlet, and a pressure release plug on the float-type pressure release valve is inserted into a pressure release hole in the extending part to close the pressure release hole; the pressure relief plug is separated from the pressure relief hole, it is guaranteed that residual liquid in the hydraulic body assembly is rapidly discharged after main body drainage is closed, the structure is compact, and installation and operation are convenient.
