The invention discloses a building water supply and drainage system and relates to the technical field of water supply and drainage. The device comprises a drainage channel and further comprises a water inlet frame fixedly communicated with the upper side of the drainage channel, and a grating plate is constructed at the top of the water inlet frame; the water leakage sundry frame is inserted into the drainage channel and located on the two sides of the water inlet frame, and a sealing cover plate is hinged to the top of the water leakage sundry frame through a hinge rod; the water quantity trigger comprises a water storage frame hung below the grating plate through a spring telescopic pipe, a plurality of water leakage holes are formed in the bottom of the water storage frame, the water storage frame is filled with sponge blocks, and a lifting rod is installed at the bottom of the water storage frame. The leaked sundry frames are arranged on the two sides of the water inlet frame, and the sealing cover plates on the tops of the leaked sundry frames can be controlled to be opened through the water quantity triggers and the overturning stirring pieces in heavy rain weather, so that sundries and leaves flow into the leaked sundry frames, blocking of the grating plate is reduced, safety is improved, and the water discharge amount is guaranteed.
