The invention discloses a wall-attached type intelligent environment-friendly coating spraying device and method. The device comprises a vertical moving assembly, a transverse moving assembly, a spraying assembly and an adjusting assembly. The vertical moving assemblies are used in pairs and comprise vertical sliding rails and vertical sliding blocks, wherein the vertical sliding rails are vertically and detachably installed on the two sides of the outer wall, and the vertical sliding blocks are arranged on the vertical sliding rails. The transverse moving assembly comprises a lead screw, a guide rod and a transverse sliding block, wherein the lead screw and the guide rod are arranged between the vertical sliding blocks on the two sides, and the transverse sliding block is arranged on the lead screw and the guide rod and connected with a rotating air cylinder. The spraying assembly comprises a rotating plate arranged at the output end of the rotating air cylinder, a material storage box arranged on the rotating plate and a spraying head arranged on the rotating plate. The adjusting assembly comprises a telescopic rod arranged on the second fixing plate and an adjusting plate arranged at the output end of the telescopic rod. The outer wall needing to be sprayed is completely covered, more accurate adjustment is achieved, and automatic construction is conducted on the wall face needing to be sprayed.
