Supporting rods are hinged to the upper ends of vertical rods of a lower side main frame, sliding blocks are assembled on the vertical rods of the lower side main frame in a guiding and sliding mode in the vertical direction, supporting rod connecting rods are arranged between the supporting rods and the sliding blocks, and connecting rods are assembled in the upper ends of the vertical rods of the lower side main frame in a guiding and moving mode in the vertical direction. A transmission gear is rotationally assembled on the vertical rod wall of the lower side main frame, a first rack in meshing transmission with one side of the transmission gear is arranged on one side of the sliding block, and a second rack in meshing transmission with the other side of the transmission gear is arranged on the connecting rod. The supporting rod is provided with a bearing station which is overturned upwards to a horizontal posture and is used for bearing the bottom of a vertical rod of the upper side main frame; the supporting rod is provided with a folding station which is turned over downwards to enable the sliding block to move downwards. The technical problem that in the prior art, due to the existence of connecting rods, more gravitational potential energy needs to be overcome in the main frame building process, and labor is wasted is solved.
本发明涉及一种承插盘扣型框式支架,下侧主框架的立杆上端铰接有支撑杆,下侧主框架的立杆上沿上下方向导向滑动装配有滑块,支撑杆与滑块之间设置有支撑杆连杆,下侧主框架的立杆上端内沿上下方向导向移动装配有连接棒,下侧主框架的立杆壁上转动装配有传动齿轮,滑块一侧设置有与传动齿轮一侧啮合传动的第一齿条,连接棒上设置有与传动齿轮另外一侧啮合传动的第二齿条,支撑杆具有朝上翻转至水平姿态以用于承接上侧主框架的立杆底部的承接工位;支撑杆具有朝下翻转而使滑块朝下移动的收起工位。解决现有技术中因为连接棒的存在而导致主框架搭建过程中需要克服更多重力势能而费力的技术问题。
