The ultra-clean room with the modular combined structure comprises a base plate with the size capable of being customized, four stand columns are detachably connected to the four corners of the top of the base plate correspondingly, synchronous jacking mechanisms are fixedly connected to the four corners of the base plate through bolts correspondingly, sliding sleeves are slidably connected to the outer sides of the four stand columns correspondingly, and the sliding sleeves are slidably connected to the outer sides of the four stand columns correspondingly. And four square connecting rods are connected among the four sliding sleeves. A top plate and splicing stepped grooves in four connecting rods can be spliced firstly, bolts are used for being matched with first screw holes to fix the top plate, splicing of a top structure is achieved, after the top plate is installed, four synchronous jacking mechanisms are started to push four sliding sleeves to synchronously ascend to the installation height along stand columns at the moment, and then the top plate is fixed; and then the vertical plates are used for splicing and surrounding the peripheral surfaces, so that the device has the advantages of modular installation, convenience in assembly and disassembly, flexible top structure splicing, no need of a hoisting mechanism and high safety.
