The invention particularly relates to a garbage disposer which comprises a garbage disposal box provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, and the bottom of the garbage disposal box is provided with a garbage weight sensor; the garbage drying system comprises a compressor, a condenser, a throttling device and an evaporator which are sequentially connected, an air inlet pipe communicated to the air inlet is arranged outside the condenser, and an air outlet pipe communicated to the outside of the evaporator is arranged at the air outlet; the condensate water tank is arranged below the evaporator and used for receiving condensate water at the evaporator, and a condensate water weight sensor is arranged at the bottom of the condensate water tank; and the control device is respectively connected with the garbage weight sensor and the condensate water weight sensor and is used for controlling the working mode of the garbage processor according to the weight of the garbage in the garbage treatment box and/or the weight of the condensate water in the condensate water tank. The working mode of the garbage processor is controlled according to the weight of the garbage and/or the weight of the condensate water, and energy consumption can be reduced on the premise that the garbage is dried and deodorized.
