The invention discloses a power supply device and an intelligent door lock system, and the power supply device comprises a first power supply which is used for being connected with target equipment; the external power supply interface is used for being connected with a second power supply and target equipment; the first switching circuit is connected with the external power supply interface and is connected with the charging port of the first power supply; wherein under the condition that the voltage of the first power supply does not meet the power supply condition of the target equipment and the voltage of the second power supply meets the power supply condition, the first switching circuit is configured to be in an off state, and the second power supply supplies power to the target equipment; when the voltage of the first power supply and the voltage of the second power supply do not meet the power supply condition, the first switching circuit is configured to be in an on state, the second power supply charges the first power supply, and the first power supply supplies power to the target device when the first power supply is charged until the voltage of the first power supply meets the power supply condition. Through the above mode, the method can be suitable for the second power supply with different voltage outputs, thereby improving the compatibility of the second power supply.
