The invention provides a photovoltaic mounting rack with a cleaning mechanism and a solar photovoltaic module thereof, the photovoltaic mounting rack comprises a photovoltaic panel and two groups of fixing rods, the back of the photovoltaic panel is symmetrically provided with the two groups of fixing rods, the fixing rods are arranged at the top of a top plate, the bottom of the top plate is provided with a support column, and the top of the support column is provided with a base. The sliding groove plates are installed at the top and the bottom of the photovoltaic panel, the sliding grooves are formed in the sliding groove plates, the sliding blocks are installed in the sliding grooves, the dust removal plates are installed at the tops of the two sets of sliding blocks, and the push handle is installed in the middle of the dust removal plates. The dust removal plate can be pushed to move along the surface of the photovoltaic panel through the push handle, the bottom of the dust removal plate makes contact with the front face of the photovoltaic panel, then the surface of the photovoltaic panel can be cleaned, and therefore the power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic panel is improved.
