HEAT RESISTANT MEMBER
The heat-resistant member is a sintered body containing a first crystal containing zirconium oxide and a second crystal in an amount greater than that of the first crystal. In at least a surface region of the sintered body, the first crystals include monoclinic crystals and tetragonal crystals. In X-ray diffraction analysis, the main peak intensity of monoclinic crystals is greater than that of tetragonal crystals.
