Environment-friendly Portland cement production system
The invention discloses an environment-friendly Portland cement production system which comprises a raw material pre-homogenization mechanism, a raw material preparation mechanism, a clinker calcination mechanism and a cement grinding mechanism which are sequentially connected through material conveying pipelines. The clinker calcining mechanism comprises a cement pit and a cooler; a fan, an SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) denitrator and a chimney are sequentially arranged on a smoke exhaust pipeline of the cement cellar; a heat exchanger is further arranged on the smoke exhaust pipeline behind the SCR denitrator, the water inlet end of the heat exchanger is connected with a cold water tank, and the hot water end of the heat exchanger is connected with the raw material pre-homogenization mechanism and the raw material preparation mechanism. In the process of calcining and processing the cement, SCR denitration treatment is performed on discharged high-temperature flue gas, nitrogen oxide in the flue gas is reduced, the discharged flue gas meets the national specified discharge standard, meanwhile, heat exchange and recycling are performed on high-temperature heat in the discharged flue gas, heat of the cooler is recycled, energy consumption is reduced, and the energy consumption is reduced. And heat reutilization is improved.
本发明公开了一种环保型硅酸盐水泥生产系统,包括依次通过输料管道连接的原料预均化机构、生料制备机构、熟料煅烧机构以及水泥粉磨机构;所述熟料煅烧机构包括水泥窖和冷却器;所述水泥窖的排烟管道上依次设置有风机、SCR脱硝器以及烟囱;所述SCR脱硝器后方的排烟管道上还设置有换热器,换热器的进水端连接有冷水箱,换热器的热水端分别与原料预均化机构和生料制备机构连接。本发明在对水泥煅烧加工的过程中,对排放的高温烟气进行SCR脱硝处理,降低烟气中的氮氧化物,使排放的烟气满足国家规定的排放标准,同时对排放烟气中的高温热量进行换热再利用,以及对冷却器的热量进行回收,降低了能源消耗,提高了热量再利用。
