High-ductility red mud-slag-based geopolymer concrete rapid repairing material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to resource utilization of dangerous/solid wastes in building materials, in particular to a high-ductility red mud-slag-based geopolymer concrete rapid repairing material and a high-ductility red mud-slag-based geopolymer concrete rapid repairing method. Comprising the following raw materials in parts by mass: 540 to 675 parts of red mud, 675 to 810 parts of slag, 135 to 472.5 parts of fine aggregate, 12.72 to 162 parts of an alkali activator, 297 to 337.5 parts of water and 18.2 to 26 parts of fibers. The rapid concrete repairing material prepared by the invention integrates high ductility, rapid hardening and early strength, and obviously improves the defects of poor tensile deformation resistance and the like of asphalt concrete. The red mud geopolymer is used for replacing cement, so that the material cost is saved, meanwhile, the resource utilization rate of dangerous solid waste red mud is increased, and the red mud geopolymer is used for rapidly repairing pavement layers of road and bridge floors, solving the diseases such as cracks on the road and bridge floors and improving the traffic transportation efficiency and the driving comfort; on the other hand, through application of the red mud geopolymer and the like, environmental pollution can be reduced.
本发明涉及危/固废物在建筑材料中的资源化利用,具体涉及一种高延性赤泥‑矿渣基地聚合物混凝土快速修补材料及方法;包括以下质量份配比的原料:赤泥540~675份,矿渣675~810份,细骨料135~472.5份,碱激发剂12.72~162份,水297~337.5份,纤维18.2~26份;本发明制备的混凝土快速修补材料,集高延性、快硬和早强于一体,显著改善了沥青混凝土抗拉变形能力差等缺点。赤泥地聚合物替代水泥节约材料成本的同时,也提高了危险固废物赤泥资源化利用率,用于路桥面铺装层的快速修补,解决路桥面出现的裂缝等病害,提高交通运输效率和行车舒适度;另一方面通过赤泥地聚合物等的应用,可以减少环境污染。
