According to the manufacturing process of the inorganic recycled rough stone block, the mixed slurry is subjected to ventilation structure processing and autoclaved curing when forming the initial set green body in the mold box, and high-temperature and high-pressure hot steam is used as a reaction condition of the material, so that the initial set green body is formed in the autoclaved curing environment; silicon dioxide in the ground quartz sand is dissolved to form active silicon dioxide, and the active silicon dioxide reacts with another product calcium hydroxide obtained after cement hydration reaction to generate a calcium silicate product which is more compact and higher in strength, so that the strength of the product is guaranteed and can reach a stable value required by design. The same structural strength can be achieved through 10-hour autoclaved curing, and the production efficiency is greatly improved. In addition, during autoclaved curing, ventilation structure processing is carried out on the initially-set green body, so that hot steam can be transmitted to all parts outside and inside the green body in a very short time, the inside of the green body can also be uniformly heated, the cracking condition caused by temperature difference stress generated by non-uniform heating of the green body is well avoided, and the reliability of a raw material manufacturing process and product forming is good.
本发明的无机再生石材荒料制造工艺,混合浆料在模箱形成初凝坯体时进行通气结构加工和蒸压养护,通过运用高温高压的热蒸汽作为物料的反应条件,在蒸压养护环境下,磨细石英砂中的二氧化硅得以溶解形成具活性的二氧化硅与水泥水化反应后的另一产物氢氧化钙反应生成更致密强度更高的硅酸钙产物,使产品的强度得以保证并能并达到设计要求的稳定值。本申请经过10个小时的蒸压养护即可达到相同的结构强度,大大地提高生产效率。而且在蒸压养护时,对初凝坯体进行通气结构加工,使得热蒸汽可以在很短时间内传递到坯体的外部和内部的各个部位,坯体内部也能均匀受热,较好地避免坯体受热不均匀产生温差应力造成开裂情况,荒料制造工艺和产品成型可靠性好。
